Don't know who scrubbed the accompanying video. She and all the rest of Commies/Socialists/Progressives/America-haters in this administration want to move the U.S. to a "direct democracy" that is popular in Libya and most of Africa. Then we would be as great as most of the African nations. We are well on our way.
