Department of Homeland Security buying up enough ammo to wage seven-year war against the American people

There are several different beliefs about eschatology, end times, the rapture, and millennialism. There is strong disagreement about where we are on the end times timeline; but some agreement on the point of persecution at the end, most likely seven years. I simply find it interesting that this article claims that this ammo purchased by DHS (450 million rounds of .40 cal hollow point) is enough for a seven year war against homegrown terrorist.
