Rush and many others talk about the Stimulus Bill was supposed to fix the infrastructure - roads, bridges, public transportation etc. What are all the gasoline taxes for? What are they being spent on? Supposed to be dedicated to transportation projects. If spent as intended, our roads would be smooth as glass. As used, the taxes are just another source of revenue.
