Chuck Schumer

I was listening to Chuck the other night and was struck with the thought that his mannerisms and appearance reminded me of Colonel Klink of Hogan's Heroes. The way Chuck cocked his head as he talked, pointed his finger to emphasize a point, wrinkled his forehead was exactly like Colonel Klink.
(I was just saying, you know.) Anyone else notice this?
