States Opt Out of or Into Public Option In Reid's Bill
It would seem that low income/welfare people in states that opt out of Public Option would migrate to states that opt into the Public Option. They are not ignorant nor listless. They just want what is "due" them.
Eventually these opt in states will run out of money and run out of people to tax (because the taxable people will move). Ergo, the Progressive-in-Chief and adorers will have to bail them out. Guess where the money will come from?
